Major redesign with continued future improvements
Red Hat Customer Dashboard is a historic summary of an account that displays the activity during a selected time period and highlights subscription utilization as well as Red Hat added subscription features such as product content, updates, available labs, insights and more.
What’s new in this release
- Redesigned UX and UI using modern technology to better align with Red Hat Customer Portal
- Improved customer messaging and linking to reduce customer friction
- Trend indicators to provide additional data context
- Significant improvements to “Support cases” section, including filtered click-through to Customer Portal case management (PCM)
- “Customer Portal Labs” section now shows both usage and recommendations
- First visit virtual tour, with on-demand replay
- Updated customer documentation
